2. Regulatory Framework
QP Advisory Pte. Ltd. operates as a multidisciplinary business advisory firm in Singapore. Our services are provided in accordance with applicable Singapore legislation, including but not limited to:

- Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) — filing and compliance matters

3. Insurance and Financial Advisory Services
General insurance services are provided under the company's SSIC registration for general insurance (Code 65124). Where regulated financial advisory, life insurance or investment-related services are required, such services are provided by or referred to appropriately licensed or exempt entities regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110) and the Insurance Act 1966.
QP Advisory does not provide investment advice, recommend specific financial products, or hold client funds for investment purposes unless through a separately licensed entity.
3a. Professional Qualifications
Our founding partner and team hold the following professional and academic qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) — Singapore Management University (SMU). Admitted January 2013, conferred January 2014. Verified through OpenCerts (Singapore Government blockchain credential registry).
- Master of Professional Accounting (MPA) — Singapore Management University (SMU). Currently enrolled, expected graduation August 2026.
Our team also holds the following professional qualifications from the Singapore College of Insurance (SCI):
- Certificate in General Insurance (Cert SCI — General Insurance): Awarded upon successful completion of the following modular examinations:
- BCP — Basic Insurance Concepts and Principles (October 2021)
- ComGI — Commercial General Insurance (January 2022)
- PGI — Personal General Insurance (February 2022)
- Health Insurance (HI): Certification covering medical and health insurance products, policies and claims (February 2022)
All certifications were awarded to Zheng Zhijian (NRIC S75752981) and are administered by the Singapore College of Insurance. These qualifications demonstrate competency in general and health insurance advisory as recognised under Singapore's insurance regulatory framework.

Certain services described on this Website are provided in coordination with independent professional partners. QP Advisory is not liable for the acts or omissions of such independent partners.
Clients will be informed in writing when a service is being provided by or referred to a third-party professional partner.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While QP Advisory strives to provide high-quality advisory services, we do not guarantee any specific regulatory outcome, tax position, business result or approval from any government authority. Regulatory approvals, tax assessments and business outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the discretion of regulatory authorities and changes in applicable laws.
6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
In compliance with Singapore's AML and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) requirements, QP Advisory conducts customer due diligence (CDD) on all clients before engaging in services. We reserve the right to request identification documents, proof of address and source-of-funds declarations as part of our compliance obligations.
